Man. After one hour of farming that spot, I found it to be not really worth it.
Best drop I got, was sup. absorption and this:

I'm farming this spot quite alot, however I have one suggestion on your build
I drop Essence Bond since I hardly run out of energy and since there are no interupts (except for dazed + choking gas on spells), you can use blessed signet as much as you want
in that slot I found 3 skills quite nice:
symbol of wrath, nice for killing the first wave of restless corpses without starting SoJ yet, can be used nice when SoJ is recharging
Zealot's Fire: Does the most damage compared to the 3, it deals +/- 60 dmg to them.
Smite Hex: It's the safest choice, the reason why you're getting killed at the last wave is because of barbs. just one horseman is responisble for that, smite the hex and you will not die. the added dmg is nice as well
I use zealot's fire most of the time. I hardly die at the last wave.
Just kill the last ones of the previous wave with triggering zealot's fire, to be sure that SoJ is recharged.
As soon as the ghouls come, cast SoJ. They'll die pretty quick, thus not trigger barbs. Now just spam ps and hb as crazy, in about 10 secs some others will die as well, making it quite easy to stand out the last ones.

Still have not seen anyone report MAX Sephis Axes from this farming spot yet. I don't care what people have heard. I'd like to see some real evidence because as of this post I have given up entirely on farming this spot. Drops are poor as far as I'm concerned for the amount of time one would put into farming this area. But of course I'd love to be proven wrong. Then again even if someone did get a "Max" Sephis or what not that 1 person out of 10,000 people still isn't encouraging enough.

What was the level of the Bone Dragon in the end?
I tried to kill 2 Bone Dragons outside ToA, they are lvl 18, I wonder why to do this quest if there are 2 same level Bone Dragons just outside ToA, and they're faster to kill.
Nothing great drops yet, 1 purple crap Sephis Axe, but maybe one day I'll get something

A got a 6-26 Purple Axe from that mission, but it was not from the Bone Dragon.
I just know you can get Max Damage Axes from that mission and I'm going to prove it too.

Yeah well I have given up farming here. Ive had a few golds drops and they've all been scrap. In all fairness the chances of getting a max damage weapon are very unlikely, yet alone a 15^50 max damage gold rare skinned weapon. I may as well dual smite rotscale and try the drops there instead. At least I'm likey to get a bow there if all else fails.

I'm farming that mission because it's a fun thing to do. It's just like playing with the lottery, you can earn big if you are extremely lucky. It just feels good when you see a gold Sephis Axe Dropping...

This is the case anywhere in the game! For most farmers they wish to get a high (money made/time spent) ratio. For me this farm run simply does not offer this.
Also yes it feels good when a gold sephis axe drops, however it then feels bad when you look closer and see its a 6-23dmg axe and then when you ident it that it has 33% extend posion duration.

Strategy
Get the Undead Hordes quest from Beetletun. Go outside to watchtower coast and put on your 4 maintanable enchantments, followed by a bsig. Go to the green dot on your mini map, and wait until a group of undead come. Cast PS+HB and maintain them. Once no more undead come, use SoJ. They should all die quickly. The first couple of groups won't drop anything. The last group will be too hard to tank, so when you see the group with the bone dragon in it die. Once rezzed, switch over to your -20 offhand. You will have 13 health. Cast your 4 maintainable enchantments, followed by bsig. Once the undead kill all the krytans, they will sit at the portal of Beetletun. Do not aggro untill all of the bone minions die. Pre cast HB+PS, and focus on the bone dragon. When you see him using choking gas, use HB. Once his CG is over, use SoJ+HB+PS. If he goes to use CG again, cast HB right away. Once the group is dead, abandon quest, get the quest again. Rinse and repeat.
Loot
Sephis Axe
Dead Bow
Dead Staff
Tower Shield
Runes
Best drop I've gotten so far is a r8 6-27 sephis axe. Yes, it is possible to get a max gold one.

@op:
Thank you for providing this build for us, but IMHO your descrip is bad.
For example you say - "so when you see the group with the bone dragon in it die. Once rezzed, switch over to your -20 offhand."
First of all you cant tell that the last group has a bone dragon in it in advance. He always comes last. by the time he comes, that whole group is on you already. I'm sure that with experience you can tell when the Bone Dragon will come, but for newbs, there's no way to tell that when they start farming. This will cause many frustrating deaths and restarts.
I still cant kill the bone dragon with the descrip you gave us. After I die, the undead stop near the rez shrine just long enough for me to rez again. Once I rez, they kill me yet again. Simple.
No, they dont just run to krytans. They run to them after killing me 3-4 times over. by that time, the DP is too high to continue.
And what's that stuff you are saying about casting HB once the Bone Dragon casts choking gas? How's that supposed to help? The CG interrupts HB just as well as it interrupts everything else.
Mabe you meant to cast it BEFORE he will cast CG... Well in that case it never lasts long enough anyway.

The method is sound. You can easily cast hb and ps in between chokes. Just watch for choking dmg then cast after. Easy! Also Choking doesnt last that long. Also if you fight near the shrine thats where the undead will gather. I used to fight up to undead spawn point. That gives you plenty of time to res and run to krytans if you so wish.

Did you ever possibly consider casting Healing Breeze before the preperation was completed, but after it had began?
